Nikia Johnson-Franklin
Provider/Teacher
I am Mrs. Johnson-Franklin. I am a wonderful childcare provider and teacher with a keen eye to detail and a heart of gold. I am a New York City Department of Education licensed Special Education teacher with former experience in public safety. My philosophy is all students deserve an educational environment that addresses their individual needs while nurturing their social, emotional, and academic growth. This philosophy has allowed me to grow and expand within my profession. I am a patient and understanding person who provides structure and flexibility within my classroom.Â
My vision with "All Things Elite Daycare" is to provide your child with the joy of learning and developing in a quality, welcoming environment. Education is the road on which every child can reach their destination. Allow myself and All Things Elite Daycare to be a part of that journey.
Shadiya Johnson
Teacher Assistant
With a nurturing personality and hands-on approach towards learning, we are thrilled to have Shadiya Johnson apart of our team. Shadiya has dedicated her talent to working with children of all exceptional abilities within the comfort of their homes for over 7 years. She has provided a nurturing environment for both her clients and their parents. She collaboratively plans and executes the goals and benchmarks identified for each child she services. She manages her clients nutritional needs daily. Shadiya takes great pride in her caring and love for her clients. Her commitment to childhood education makes her the perfect Assistant Teacher.
